NFC 태그란?
NFC 태그는 안테나와 작은 크기의 메모리를 포함하고 있는 간단한 장치입니다. 태그는 마그네틱 필드에 의해서 동작 전원을 공급 받는 능동형 장치입니다.
태그 타입에 따라서
1. 읽기전용( Read Only )
2. 여러번쓰기용( Re-Writable )
3. 한번쓰기용( Wriable-Once )
으로 구별됩니다.
NFC Reader를 이용하여 Tag에 정보를 쓰고 읽을 수 있으며 TAG의 종류에는 NFC Forum website (http://www.nfc-forum.org/specs/spec_list/)에서 확인 할 수 있으며 다음과 같은 것들이 있습니다.
NFC Type Specification
Tag 1 Type
NFC Forum은 “Type 1 Tag Operation SpecificationNFC Forum website (http://www.nfc-forum.org/specs/spec_list/)”에 NFC Forum Type 1 tag의 동작원리를 정의하고 있고, 태그를 발견하고 NDEF 데이타를 읽고 쓸수 있는 방법에 대해서 기술하고 있다.

- Read and re-write capable, also users can configure the tag to be read-only
- 96 bytes of memory, expandable up to 2KB
- Communication speed 106 Kbits/s
- No data collision protection
- Compatible products available in the market- Innovision Topaz, Broadcom BCM20203
Tag 2 Type
Tag 2 type는 Type 1 과 유사하며 NXP/Philips사의 MIFARE Ultralight 태그로 제공되고 있다.

- 96 bytes of memory, expandable up to 2KB
- Communication speed 106 Kbits/s
- Anti-collision support
- Compatible products available in the market – NXP MIFARE Ultralight
Tag 3 Type
Type 3 는 Sony사의 비보안용으로 사용되는 Felica 태그들이다. 이 태그들은 타입 1 과 타입 2 에 비하여 더 고가의 제품이다.
- Based on the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) X 6319-4.
- Pre-configured at manufacture to be either read and re-writable, or read-only
- Variable memory, up to 1 MB per service
- Supports two communication speeds, 212 or 424 Kbits/
- Anti-collision support
- Compatible products available in the market – Sony FeliCa
